Returns & Exchanges



All of the items are carefully inspected by our team before shipping out to the customer. So in order for us to provide you with a refund, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders

2.  Be received in its original resellable condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue a refund. Red Splash reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.

3.  Must be a full-priced item

4.  Return parcels must include the Returns Form

All our orders are sent out with a Returns Form included in its parcel. Please fill this form out as detailed as possible and include it in your returns parcel along with your orignal invoice. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded to you. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a refund or replacement.

All our returns our processed within 1-3 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inpsected the garment, they will then issue a full refund for the items purchased minus shipping charges.



You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your item for domestic and 21 days for international orders.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or another item in the store please FIRST email us so we can put the right size on hold for you!

We also offer you a store credit if you would like to wait for future arrivals!
